Prepare the dough: In warm milk, pour the yeast and 2 tablespoons sugar. All stir until dissolved. Put in a warm place for education caps. In a Cup sift the flour. Soft butter (margarine), which we pulled from the refrigerator and warmed, put in the flour and with your hands thoroughly triturated in chips. Note that the oil does not need to melt in the microwave or in a water bath, it should warm up. It is fundamentally! Loose the yeast mix with the flour. The dough should be quite thick, but not steep. When kneading the dough will be flaky. Long knead not necessary. Have pomnili three minutes and in the fridge for 30 minutes. If you oven going now and tomorrow, then in the flour together with the yeast, add 2 eggs. And, of course, flour is necessary to take more. So, kneaded the dough, gathered into a ball and put in the fridge.
Then (after 30 minutes) get a little and sculpt cakes. All the dough to get is not necessary, as it will melt.
Now the stuffing. The heart should be boiled in water for about 2 - 3 hours until tender. Then fry in vegetable oil with onion, garlic, salt and seasoning.
Mince. And stuff our pies.
Nalepa pies and once in the oven 200 gr. without proofing. Immediately bake.
