Poppy seed cake
A cake without flour. And without decoys. Instead of them - the only benefit of oats. This idea I saw in the recipe "Crunchy poppy seed cake with oat flakes", but if spring wanted to go further and to improve the already perfect cake. I hope my innovation will allow You to taste! Help yourself! All happy and bright spring!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

  • Mac

  • Raisins

  • Yogurt

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Kefir (fermented baked milk) put into the freezer for a day. Get laid on a sieve, covered with gauze. 12 hours (or sooner) in the pot is whey, while the cheesecloth is the curd.

Pyroniobate bananas to a blender, add 200 gr. sour cream and 150 gr. sugar, stir [it seemed to me a lot of sugar, but lately I don't have a sweet tooth and the taste of the husband was all normal].

To add a lot of oat flakes, poppy seeds, raisins. Well, the kitchen I do not use weights, so I tried in the photo to show the amount of ingredients added. Oat flakes take a regular, not quick cooking - I like it better, but if you want nicer cakes to, then it is better to prefer products of fast preparation.

Mix well. You can add spices for baking, for example, nutmeg. Spread on a baking sheet. Put in a preheated 180C oven for 40 mins (until cooked). Cool.

Cheese from yogurt (sour milk) whipping with honey. Korzh cut in half and fluff with one part cream cheese. Cover with the second Korzh. Fluff the remains of the cheese.

You can top the fluff with the melted milk chocolate (50 ml. milk and 50 C. chocolate)

Pie can be eaten immediately, but can be reserved for Breakfast - let stand up, soaked...
