My family love baking with dried apricots. Today's menu - rolls. It's very simple and delicious! Help yourself!

Cooking
Prepare the products.
Apricots wash. Put into a deep Cup and fill with boiling water. ( If the apricots are too dry, it is better to boil for about 15 minutes).
In a Cup put the yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar, add 1/3 Cup of warm water. Stir. Leave before the "cap".
Carrot RUB on a small grater and squeeze through cheesecloth juice. That works out at 0.5 glass of juice.
In a deep Cup put 1/2 tbsp. sugar and salt, add softened margarine and hot milk. Then add yeast mixture. Mix well and add freshly squeezed carrot juice. Parts add sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
Steamed dried apricots puree them with a blender. In a Cup put a puree of dried apricots, carrot cake and remaining sugar. Mix well. Prepared the filling for the rolls.
Divide the dough into 2 parts, so easier to work with. Roll the piece of dough in the form of cakes. Spread half of the prepared filling, using a spoon to distribute it on the cake. Collapsible roll. Cut into pieces. The same is done with the second part of dough and filling.
Spread rolls on a baking sheet, the laid parchment. Grease with milk and sprinkle with crumbs (margarine, sugar, flour). Cover with a towel, leave for 20 minutes to rise. Then put in preheated oven.
Bake 20-25 minutes at 150-170 degrees.
