Cooking

step-0
First and foremost, we need a thin pancakes. The recipe and cooking method I will not describe. I think each family has their own recipe, and the recipes full. The only thing I'd add, like the pancake better to do with milk (water work hard) and with the addition of vanilla.
step-1
This step is not obligatory. But I do almost always :-) From one orange with the help of a potato peeler to remove the zest (this, of course, can be done with a utility knife, but so convenient) :-)
step-2
Take two oranges and slice each peel (this is perhaps the most unpleasant work :-), but the result will justify itself) and have clean cut the segments into small pieces. I usually cut into three pieces. And, of course, you can add the tangerines, they are easier to clean, but! completely replace them oranges do not advise, oranges still give a more vivid flavor and aroma.
step-3
Next, in a pan melt the butter and add the sugar. Once the butter is completely melted, add the zest and the peeled slices of oranges. Let's be the sauce to boil for a minute or two.
step-4
The third orange squeeze the juice and add it to the resulting mass.
step-5
As soon as the slices turn into almost! a homogeneous mass, put on our pancakes. Fry them in the sauce with two sides, literally half a minute so they got soaked.
step-6
Spread on a plate of pancakes, put them on the scoops of ice cream and pour the sauce. Bon appetit!!! Sorry, of course that photography disappoint.
