Pate of chicken fillet Popular
In the spring I want something hearty, but at the same time is not very high in calories... This recipe just fits into that category. Incredibly tasty, and cooked very simply and quickly.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 ml

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    30 g

  • Dill

I did half portions. Chicken (my breast) boil in salted water until tender and to break the fibers.

From pickled cucumbers to remove the skin. Cut into medium cubes.

Fillet with cucumbers to put in the bowl of a blender. Add the yogurt, soy sauce, olive oil and mustard.

Add the chopped small pieces of cheese. I have a weak blender, so I rubbed cheese.

Add pepper, nutmeg and herbs.

Grind until smooth. If the paste seems too thick, add more yogurt.

Transfer to a glass container and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
