Liver-mushroom pate wrapped in bacon
A great Christmas snack! Simple to prepare, tender and tasty, looks great on the table, despite the simplicity and availability of ingredients. Happy to offer a recipe, try it!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Semolina

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    170 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cranberry

    30 g

  • Allspice

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

The liver is carefully washed and grind in a meat grinder. Also shred the carrots.

Grind greens, mushrooms, onion, a slice of bread. Mushrooms can take any, they are. I have forest. If you use the mushrooms, boiling them is not necessary.
