Vegetable rolls with sun-dried tomatoes
Post - this is due to the tradition to refrain from making a particular drink and food. To make it easier to fast, there are many meatless recipes. For example, rolls with herbs, sun-dried tomatoes and soy sauce "Kikoman" can diversify Lenten menu. They can be served both hot and cold. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Sundried tomatoes

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Oregano

  • Basil

Cooking

Dissolve yeast with sugar in warm water, add sugar, leave for 10 minutes.

Slice sun dried tomatoes into small pieces.

For the dough use soy sauce "Kikkoman"

Mix sun-dried tomatoes, flour, Basil, oregano, add soy sauce "Kikkoman", olive oil, foamed yeast, salt and sugar to taste, and stir.

Pour warm water and knead not tight dough. Put the dough in a container, cover with plastic wrap - let it rise.
