Long ago there was an idea to try to cook these burgers, but it didn't occur to than thicken them. And only thanks to the contest and all of the good cereal from "Mistral&a mp;quot; the recipe was brought back to life)) Chops turn out very tender, with a pronounced fish flavor (but with a big plus to the fish - no need to worry about bones))).

Cooking
Grind in a food processor the onion and garlic. Add fish ROE and Basil, very careful to grind.
Add salt, pepper and egg, mix thoroughly.
Send in our ground fish flakes, stir and leave for a few minutes. Weight should be dense enough to be able to form a collet.
Shape the cutlets and fry them on both sides until cooked.
Meanwhile mix all ingredients for the sauce:yogurt, lime juice (lemon), mint, parsley, mustard. Grind all in a food processor.
