The shank from the spouse
This dish was prepared and photographed by my husband. Says that turned out same tasty knuckle of pork, which he ate in a restaurant of Prague.

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

1. Pork wash under running water.

2. Put in a saucepan, cover with water, add salt, Bay leaf and pepper. Cook for 1.5 hours on low heat.

3. To get and cool. To cut, to get the bone.

4. Then, place the spices, grated garlic and chopped parsley. If I want the knuckle to save the form, tie the thread. Place on the foil. Mix soy sauce, mustard and honey. Sprinkle the shanks with this mixture evenly.

5. Close foil and in the preheated oven on a small fire for 30-40 minutes.

6. Serve with sweet Bavarian mustard and/or horseradish.
