Oatmeal-cranberry cookies
Not everybody likes oatmeal for Breakfast... But useful from freshly baked, crumbly and delicious oatmeal cookies are unlikely to refuse even the most fastidious gourmet! Tastier this cookie with a glass of warm milk.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Cranberry

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Chilled butter cut into small cubes, grind together the flour and sugar into crumbs.

Add oats, chopped dried cranberries and the yogurt, knead the dough not stick to hands.

Divide the dough into 15 parts. Each part roll into a ball, place on floured baking sheet, slightly flatten. Preheat the oven to 180 gr., bake the cookies for 20-25 minutes.
