Cooking
Mix yogurt with sugar, soda and egg, add oil (1 tbsp) and melted margarine. Sift the flour and add to the same.
The dough should be soft and lush, little sticky, but in any case should not be steep, but it is known that in Ukraine will not be fluffy and airy. The dough cover and leave to stand for 25-30 minutes.
In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour the sunflower oil and heat well. Of dough to form the buns inside to make a cut, push one edge of the bun through the hole, out the knots. Fry in hot oil, turning constantly, for a minute or two. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
