This is a delicious BREAD WITHOUT YEAST on the simplest sourdough. I have a bread machine and no - bake in slow cooker, in the oven of course, so knead the dough myself. Again, the smell of fresh bread is DIVINE. This recipe is taken from "the Landlord" - the hostess of which I am very grateful.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Water

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sourdough

    7 Tbsp

Sift flour, add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, mix thoroughly, and better to grind by hand.

Slowly stir the mixture and add a glass of water. Knead it to come off on the hands. I'm right in the bowl covered with a damp towel and keep warm!
