Very tender and tasty pie. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

For the filling I used sugar TM Mistral.

Nuts finely chop.

Apples to grate on a medium grater. Sprinkle with lemon juice, stir and put into the refrigerator.

Flour mixed with baking powder, sugar and pinch of salt.

Butter or margarine grate.

Add flour mixture and drive balls. Knead a soft dough, wrap in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

From dough to pinch off a small piece. The rest of the dough evenly distribute the form, make a small bumpers.

On the dough put apples and nuts.

Sprinkle with brown sugar. Of the remaining dough to make a lattice on top of pie. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes.
