Carrot fritters in Turkish
Took the recipe from the magazine COOK. Was surprised by the unexpected taste. Loved the combination of carrots and onions. The aroma is awesome. The taste of the carrot-onion, sweet with a light ostrinkoy. In one word the whole family loved this new dish from carrots.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    0.66 cup

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Carrots grate on medium grater.

Finely chop the onion. I shredded in the food processor.

To combine the carrot, onion, breadcrumbs and eggs. Leave for 30 minutes for swelling of crackers.

Over time, a lot of carefully mix and start frying the pancakes

Pancakes sculpt by hand, first roll into a ball and then press with your hands and get a kind of meatballs. Heat the pan with a thick bottom, pour 2 tbsp oil and spread our pancakes.

During cooking time turn over a few times. In the photo I flipped the first time, add the remaining oil.

The Browns have already been inverted several times.

The journal offers podavati yogurt mixed with thyme. I was just served with sour cream. Took a photo of in the cut, to show that the fritters keep their shape.
