Pear sauce for cottage cheese pancakes
Sweet sauce of pear, lemon, honey and poppy perfect as a cottage cheese pancakes and other dessert pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    270 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    10 g

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Lemon peel

  • Pear

    400 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    25 ml

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Pear, remove seeds, cut into cubes

In a saucepan or casserole (I have a bowl of the slow cooker) pour the vegetable oil TM"Oleyna"-heat

Put the chopped pear, lemon juice and sugar. Mix

Cook for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves

Add poppy seeds, stir and cook for 5 minutes

Remove from the heat. Set aside in a separate bowl 1/3 of the mix

The remaining 2/3 of the mass of the grind using a blender

The resulting puree put in a bowl with the pending pieces of pears, add honey
