Cooking
Pear, remove seeds, cut into cubes
In a saucepan or casserole (I have a bowl of the slow cooker) pour the vegetable oil TM"Oleyna"-heat
Put the chopped pear, lemon juice and sugar. Mix
Cook for a few minutes until the sugar dissolves
Add poppy seeds, stir and cook for 5 minutes
Remove from the heat. Set aside in a separate bowl 1/3 of the mix
The remaining 2/3 of the mass of the grind using a blender
The resulting puree put in a bowl with the pending pieces of pears, add honey
Stir with a spoon until smooth. The sauce is ready. I made it to cottage cheese pancakes, which are cooked very quickly
Separate eggs into yolks and whites. For cottage cheese pancakes in a bowl put all the ingredients (except protein) and egg yolks (see what consistency You have a cottage cheese-I got it thick and the quantity of milk calculated on it, if the curd is not very thick, reduce the amount of milk)
Mix well-you will get thick dough
Beat the whites to a solid foam and add to dough
Gently stir in the back of a spoon. Get here is fluffy and airy dough
Fry pancakes in small amount of oil-I fried in vegetable oil TM"generous gift".
