Rice casserole
Stayed with the last night rice. Just heated, no one wanted. Although I cooked it like rice, but without meat. Well, I had to invent something, not to throw out? And it turned out very tasty and hearty zapekanka. The recipe can be attributed to the category"recycling". A little bit of everything and delicious on the table.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Garlic

  • Cheese

If no ready-made rice to boil. Clean the mushrooms, cut finely and fry. Season with salt and pepper.
