On the Internet, this recipe was called "the best marinade for grilled chicken". What can I say? I really liked it. The bird turned out juicy, tender, mild, pleasant taste and aroma. Being prepared extremely simply and quickly. In the same marinade I made, and pepper, it turned out too very much and very adequately.

Cooking
I did half portions. Mix the dry ingredients: sugar, garlic, rosemary, oregano, Basil, salt and black pepper. I salt was not added.
Add the liquid ingredients: juice of 1 lemon, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and olive oil, and mustard. Mix thoroughly.
Fillet rinse and Pat dry with paper towel. If I use the pepper, cut off the stalk and remove the seeds.
In a baggie put the fillet and pepper, pour the marinade, a good shake.
Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour (can be overnight). Before cooking to get chicken and peppers from the marinade. Heat the grill (my grill) to medium-high temperature. Put fillet and vegetables and cook 8 minutes until tender. Will not overdo!
Serve immediately, but in cooled form, in the cut quality is very good.
