Meat rolls in tomato juice
Very simple to prepare but very tasty. And on the holiday table will look elegant.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Brine

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic powder

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    250 ml

Pork cut into pieces and repel. Mix the cucumber pickle, salt, pepper, garlic, coriander and coat the pickle our pieces. Let marinated at least 2 hours, better overnight. Carrots cut into strips-sticks. On each piece of pork to put a few pieces of carrot, wrap and put in a heatproof bowl.

Tomatoes in own juice whisk together with the juice and pour our rolls.

Put in a preheated 190S the oven and cook, occasionally basting with juice, about 30 minutes.
