Carrot cupcakes
Sweet tooth the joy! Mini-cupcakes with sweet cream, is good, as far as the appearance and the taste! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    125 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    125 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    3 g

  • Carrots

    1 cup

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

First make the cream. Cottage cheese (I had sweet, if You have not, then you need to add sugar), and butter blend until creamy. Put in a pastry bag, if not, then in a tight package and put into the refrigerator.

In a bowl break 2 eggs and pour the sugar. Beat well with a mixer.

In beaten eggs pour in the yogurt, vegetable oil. And again mix well.

In another bowl, mix the sifted flour, cinnamon, baking powder, a pinch of salt.

Mix the liquid component with the dry, add the grated carrots and raisins.

Silicone molds to fill the dough. Bake in a preheated oven to 180-200g. approximately 20-25 minutes. Be guided by Your oven. Until Golden brown.

Get our cream from the refrigerator and decorate cupcakes. Decorate as desired ground cinnamon or, like me, a pastry topping.
