Braised zucchini with corn
One way of cooking zucchini. This dish can be used as a snack or warm salad as well as a standalone course. Cooked very simply and quickly, and it turns out delicious.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Corn

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    70 g

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Tomatoes mashed

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Zucchini slice. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Corn boil and choose grain. Slice the bacon.

Heat the pan and fry the bacon. Depending on the fat content of the bacon you may need oil for frying. Add the onion. Fry 2-3 min.

Add zucchini, saute for 5 minutes.

Add the grated tomato, tomato sauce (optional)

Corn and stew under a lid for 10 min.

At the end of quenching add salt and pepper, add the herbes de Provence. Garnish with greens.
