Banana cake
Quick and easy to make cake for lovers of bananas and chocolate. For the recipe for the glaze a huge thank you to Valerie.

Ingredients

  • The cake

    3 piece

  • Cream

    470 ml

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Banana

    3 piece

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Gelatin

    15 g

  • Water

    50 ml

Cooking

Bananas to break the blender to puree.

Milk chocolate to melt, add the bananas.

Add bananas to the sugar. Well again to break a blender.

Soak gelatine in cold boiled water (50 ml).

400 ml whipping cream, continuing to whisk in parts pour the banana-chocolate mixture.

In split form, put the cake. Gelatin to dissolve in the microwave. Add to cream, beat well and immediately pour half of it in the form. Cover with a cake layer and pour the second part of the cream. Cover with the third cake layer and lightly press to immersion of the top layer in cream. Send in a cool place for freezing cream. For the glaze: boil 70 ml of cream, remove from heat. Add dark chocolate, mix well. Add the butter and slightly cool the frosting. Pour the cake and send in the cold.
