A La Fitness
In the store bought biscuits, "Fitness" and decided to try to make it at home. The same as in store did not work, but the whole family recognized my creation "very tasty"

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    5 Tbsp

  • Flax seeds

    5 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites with the sugar until the weight increase in 3 times.

In whipped mass add the beaten egg yolks. pour the flour mixed with starch, mix gently. Add sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds. Mix well.

Baking tray lay a parchment, put the dough with a spoon (it's wicking, so it is better to make the distance between the cookies bigger)

Send in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
