Millet porridge like, not many, in my family it is almost no one eating, but the mess this has very useful properties, so I want to share a very tasty and healthy recipe.

Cooking
First I mixed in a Cup eggs, sugar (if the porridge was sweet, it is not necessary, if salt, as I have, then put to desired sweetness), salt, soda, vanilla sugar. Millet cereal and cottage cheese blended until smooth, then add our egg mixture again well stirred.
Warmed up the pan with oil, and spoon laid out pancakes (flip when edges of pancakes will be crispy). Now our pancakes are ready. My family, when I tasted these cakes, said that it turned out delicious cheesecakes and I didn't want to upset and agreed with their opinion ; -) note: the oil they take is not very much, so not as fatty as their relatives from the wheat flour. Do not judge strictly, this is my first recipe. Take criticism, and I will be corrected.
