Description
This recipe was given to me by my friend Lena, she is a native of southern Sakhalin, they have this dish often do. The dumplings are unusual because they are made with fish. We love it, hope you will like it.

Cooking
Let's start with the test. I will describe your option, but everyone can do on your own recipe. Pour warm water into a bowl, add eggs and all mix well.
Add the flour and knead the dough. Knead the dough until no longer stick to hands.
Filling. Pink salmon in a bowl, mash with a fork to get the meat. Onion, finely chopped, and green onion to add to the salmon. Mix well. The stuffing is ready.
Then slice the dough thinly roll out and cut with cookie cutter or, like me, a glass circles, on each slice put the stuffing and make a beautiful flower.
Then dumplings boiled in a little salted water and serve sprinkled with dill. Bon appetit!!!
