The recipe of this cake met through Lena Alisic from LJ a little bit and it was built under. Since this is my favorite pie with plum. And let on, he's not as handsome as many of its counterparts, but it will give odds to many!

Cooking
Oil 80 g and curd chopped with flour 150 g mixed with salt, sugar and 15 g vanilla 1 g, add the cream (sour cream) and knead the dough, roll into a ball and, placing it between 2 layers of cling film, flatten into a pancake. Send to 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
With your hands flatten the dough to 26 cm in diameter, the bottom of which lay a baking paper, making bumpers. Prick with a fork and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Heat the oven to 200"C. Put the form with the dough for 10 minutes, then coat the dough with 1 yolk and place for 1 minute in the oven.
For this cake we will need approximately 1 kg of plums, which have to be cut.
And shoot them in the resulting basket.
Cream filling: Mix sugar 100 g melted butter 100 g, 3 yolks, vanilla 1 g of flour and 60 g, it is the consistency of thick cream, add in the cream and nuts and pour evenly over the pie. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Reduce oven temperature to 180"C and bake pie 45 minutes to seal the cream. Be guided by your oven! To give the finished cake to cool in pan, then cut into portions.
