Do [color=darkred][b]tapenade[/b][/color]: in a blender or grinder, chop the olives, garlic, anchovies, kapasi,
mix well with olive oil and rum.
Do [color=darkred]sauce [/color] the fish: lemon cut into 4 pieces, separating the peel from the pulp; flesh crush
cut onion into 4 parts, disassemble on the leaves and fry on a heated pan until Browning.
Add the lemon pulp and a part (for the sauce) sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer about 5 minutes, put in a fireproof dish.
Pieces of fish spread on top, spread with tapenade, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, decorate with the remnants of tomato and lemon peel and put in a preheated (220°C) oven for 15-20 min.
Ready fish and sprinkle with herbs and serve.
