White fish fillet baked with tapenade, breadcrumbs, tomato-lemon sauce. Quick and tasty! Tapenade sauce based on black olives - you can buy ready, and you can cook for yourself. Sauce recipe is in the recipe. Enjoy the taste of Mediterranean cuisine!

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Tomato

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

  • Capers

    5 piece

  • Anchovies

    2 piece

  • Rum

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2.5 Tbsp

mix well with olive oil and rum.

Add the lemon pulp and a part (for the sauce) sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer about 5 minutes, put in a fireproof dish.
