Zucchini "Neighborhood"

In our family, somehow not really liking the harvesting of zucchini. But this salad we have firmly taken root. Every year close the zucchini is the only way. Turns out very tasty sweet salad. A recipe shared with me roommate. On the website this recipe and with such proportions are not found.

Ingredients

Zucchini

3 kg
Greens

1 coup
Garlic

3 piece
Salt

1.5 Tbsp
Vegetable oil

0.5 cup
Sugar

1 cup
Vinegar

0.5 cup

Cooking

This recipe is good because it would suit any zucchini. You can even take a huge and old.

Zucchini cut into random cubes. I the skin is not clean, since I have zucchini. But if zucchini old with tough skin, it cleans.

Garlic cut into slices.

Greens finely crumble.

Add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil.

Put on the fire. Water is not added. Cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Time begin to detect as the zucchini is completely covered with liquid and you will see that they really boil.
