This recipe is good because it would suit any zucchini. You can even take a huge and old.
Zucchini cut into random cubes. I the skin is not clean, since I have zucchini. But if zucchini old with tough skin, it cleans.
Add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil.
Put on the fire. Water is not added. Cook 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Time begin to detect as the zucchini is completely covered with liquid and you will see that they really boil.
Spread on sterile banks and roll.
