Pasta with Turkey
I found a similar recipe on the website have Марина1979, but still decided to upload my own version, because it's crazy delicious :)

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Dry white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Turkey

    500 g

  • Seasoning

Boil the pasta until soft.

Prepare the sauce. In a pan melt the butter. Put the mushrooms (I have frozen mushrooms). When you boil water, add chopped onion and grated carrot, chopped Turkey. Season with salt and pepper. After 10 minutes pour in the wine. When the liquid almost does not remain, add the peas. After 5 minutes, remove from heat.

In the form place a layer of macaroni, then layer of sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese. Then repeat. To finish the pasta. Sprinkle with spices (I have turmeric). Pour over the cream.
