Description
The basis of this dish is taken Hutsul dish "Roast". It is popular in Western Ukraine, in the Carpathians. I altered it a bit and what happened, give on Your court. For the contest "Autumn tango"

Cooking
For the potato pancakes potatoes RUB on a small grater, onion grind in a meat grinder or in a food processor, add eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
The resulting mixture mix well. With a spoon spread slightly to even out (so the pancakes were not very thick) and fry in preheated skillet until Golden brown.
Now for the meat filling. In the stuffing beat the egg, add chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. Knead well and add to the richness of water. Again mix well.
Further, the turn sauce. In mayonnaise cut into half rings onion, pepper cubes and seasoned with Italian herbs.
And now the most important thing. Begin to fill the pots. Grease the pot with butter or margarine and leave a little on the bottom.
Then put the pancakes, but not slide, and arrange on the wall.
Of minced meat formed large balls and put them on pancakes. The meat should almost fill the pots.
Now it is the turn of the sauce. Spread it on the meat and evenly distributed. Since I have pots with no lids, I covered them with foil. And - in the oven (cold)for 1-1. 5 hours. Follow the smell, so it doesn't stick.
After an hour turn off the oven and allow the pots to cool slightly there. Then get them and enjoy the richness of taste and smell.
