Squash-potato pancakes
Very soft and unusual taste of the pancakes, prepared in the proportions 50/50 of potatoes with zucchini. I like the taste of young squash, whose seeds are not yet ripe and in pancakes it is possible to RUB on a grater whole.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Clean the potato and the squash from the skin.

Zucchini I like to take young, not ripe with seeds.

Three on a coarse grater zucchini and potatoes, add egg, salt (to taste) and flour. Flour have so much that our mass was to remind the dough for pancakes or thick cream.

Fry both sides of pancakes until Golden brown, preferably not very strong "fire".

And... Absorbed our delicious pancakes! It is possible with sour cream and without it! You can just like a brownie, washed down with sweet tea :) Bon appetit!
