Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Cream cheese

    250 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mac

    40 g

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tsp

In a pan melt a tablespoon of butter. Carrots to grate, pripustit in oil on low heat until soft.

Grate cheese on a fine grater, add butter, cream cheese, mustard, paprika and garlic. You can just grind all in a food processor.

Put the mass on plastic wrap, shape into a ball, tie it off and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
