Juicy, flavorful fish with vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Assorted vegetable

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Fish fillet cut into portion pieces, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped onion. Put in a pan with non-stick coating.

Add our vegetables - broccoli, beans and vegetable mixture.

To make the filling: sour cream +mustard, spices, salt, dried herbs lemon juice, all mix.

Pour our fish and vegetables in sour cream mixture.

And put in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
