Wonderful puff with original stuffing. The stuffing includes a mixture of cheese and cottage cheese, it turns out very tender and tasty.

Puff pastry - frozen, in a package of 2 sheets of dough. The dough defrosted. Mix cottage cheese with eggs, salt and sugar. Grate cheese on a grater.
Mix cottage cheese mixture and grated cheese. The stuffing is ready.
The dough a little roll out, cut each pastry sheet into 4 pieces - just out of the package of dough makes 8 puffs. Put on each square of filling, fold in half and close it up. Bake at 200°C until the puff will be Golden.
