Cooking

step-0
Poured the rice in a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil.
step-1
The fire abated and cook with the lid closed for about 35 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the water. Shift the rice in a bowl.
step-2
Add rice to butter, mix. Give the rice to cool.
step-3
In another bowl whisk eggs with sour cream.
step-4
For making this casserole I used here is a smoked cheese "of wires.●". Cheese rubbed on a medium grater.
step-5
To the cooled rice add grated smoked cheese, sour cream, whipped with eggs, herbes de Provence. Salt I don't add because cheese contains a sufficient amount of it.
step-6
Mix the ingredients together.
step-7
The round split shape with a diameter of 20 cm grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
step-8
Spread the rice ground in the form.
step-9
Bake the casserole in a preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown (approximately 50 minutes). Bon appétit!
