Meat wrappers in the cheese-flaky dough
A delicious romantic dinner and continued the "plane" of history, where I amused my family during the feast.

Ingredients

  • Sauce-marinade

  • Dutch cheese

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    3 Tbsp

These are the basic ingredients. Meat, I have a young beef, but it could be pork, cut into thin chops.

To beat the meat as thin as possible and marinate in the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". I have the meat marinated for 2 hours, desalinate it is no longer necessary.

While the meat is marinating prepare the products needed for breading and stuffing.

Every piece of beef /only one side/ dipped in flour, then in egg and lastly in breadcrumbs with cheese and nuts.

Half to put a slice of cheese and bacon.

Cover with the other half, top with additional sprinkle of cheese. Edge I wasn't bonded, it is reasonable to assume that there is especially nothing to fall apart.

Quickly fry the meat on both sides in a frying pan and bring to readiness in the oven /t 220 about 10 minutes.

And here is the finished dish! I was served with a warm salad of beans, smoked meat and walnuts.

Meat wrappers turned out very tasty! Soft and juicy on the inside with amazing crispy crust on the outside.
