Cooking
Soaked overnight in cold water to the beans to boil. Cooked beans are strained and the water in which cooked beans left. Mode the bacon cubes and fry in vegetable oil. Onion cut into half rings, bell pepper cut into cubes and sent to the bacon and fry with constant stirring until Golden brown.
Add red pepper and flour, mix well.
Add kidney beans and mix everything. Refried beans put in a saucepan and pour water in which boiled beans. Salt.
As soon as the soup boils, diminish the fire if the soup is too thick add more water. After 15 minutes add a pinch of salt, vinegar, tomato paste and sausage, diced. Give the soup to boil. After turning off add the garlic, passed through the press.
