Stewed cabbage with peppers
It's finally spring! I think that many have started to prepare pieces for the summer)))) So on this occasion I want to share with you a series of recipes for delicious and low-calorie food))) I'll Start with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

1. Cabbage cut into strips. In skillet, heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil, put the cabbage, pour a little water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

2. Onion cut into half rings, pepper strips. In a pan fry the onions for 3 minutes. Add the pepper and cook for another 5 minutes.

3. Tomatoes cut into crosswise, down for 30 sec. in boiling water, peel, flesh cut into. Add it to grilled vegetables and sauté for 7 minutes.

4. Mushrooms to boil in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain in a colander and allow to cool. Then slice and add to cabbage. Stir and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

5. Add the steamed vegetables, season with salt and pepper (I also add different spices), pour the vinegar and simmer for another 10 minutes.
