Liver in
Recipe from favorite section, "Recycling". did the audit in the fridge and found some beef liver and half chicken. From such a set were born good dish, so here's a straightforward name.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    350 g

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

  • Onion

  • Mustard

  • Tomato paste

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

the liver cut into slices 1 cm thick and a good beat(I do not fully thawed it,so it's easier to cut and hit). Boil water,add salt and put the liver to boil.

onions cut into rings(rings the same as pieces of liver)

chicken fillet cut into slices and repel,salt and pepper.For large pieces I cut into strips.Pieces should be the same as pieces of liver.

to the cooled pieces of liver put a little mustard

the liver is wrapped in a fillet

fry in vegetable oil,folded into a saucepan.

remnants of onion(or a new bulb) chop and fry in the same oil as the liver.Add the tomato and some water.

pour the gravy to the liver,put a few peas of fragrant pepper and stew for 20-25 minutes.
