Meatballs barley with mushrooms and Kale
Hearty Golden chicken will delight your taste in post. Nobody immediately guesses what these burgers are made of, and nobody gives up supplements. These burgers taste even better cold, on a piece of black bread and a Cup of sweet tea.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    2 cup

  • Mushrooms

    1 cup

  • Sauerkraut

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Rice flour

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Chop the onions, scrape the carrots and grate. Fry vegetables in oil "Oleyna" to gold.

Add sauteed mushrooms and warm up with a minute. If the mushrooms are fresh-it should start from their roasting. Rake the middle of the pan and spread sauerkraut. Fry slightly all together. Then add a couple of tablespoons of boiling water, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cool.

In a blender put the cooked barley, add the contents of the pan and break in the pulse mode to grind. Complete homogeneity is not achieved.

Add in the minced meat, the starch and knead well.

Formed into patties with wet hands. To them breaded in rice flour.

Fry in oil "Oleyna" until it will turn brown.

Spread on paper to remove excess oil.

Serve the cutlets hot with tomato sauce and fresh vegetables. Delicious burgers and cold.
