Fish casserole with potatoes and celery
Periodically expand its menu fish dishes. This time I have a fish casserole with potatoes and celery. Tasty, tender, with a pleasant taste and aroma of the celery root.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Celery root

    125 g

  • Broccoli

    90 g

  • Flakes cereal

    10 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

Peel the potatoes and cook until tender. Drain the water. Eggs slightly vzbit with sour cream, add salt, pepper, broccoli and rye flakes. Mix well and pour into a baking dish.

Pike perch fillet cut into small pieces and arrange on top of egg-vegetable mass. Slightly prisolit.

Potatoes pound into a coarse puree. Add grated on a coarse grater cheese, grated celery and a pinch of nutmeg.

Mix well and distribute mashed potatoes on top of fish. Cover the casserole with foil sheet and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180*. Then remove foil and leave in the oven for 10 more minutes to the top flushed.
