Pasta with cherry tomatoes and arugula
Penne pasta with sauce of cherry tomatoes with arugula, fresh parsley and olive oil. I want to remind you about another simple but wonderful recipe.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    200 g

  • Lettuce

    30 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Basil

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parmesan

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Greens wash and dry. Garlic peel and cut into plates. From parsley to cut the stems.

Chop the greens, arugula and garlic cloves in a blender.

The cherry tomatoes cut into quarters or halves according to your preferences.

Add the tomatoes, chopped herbs, Basil, salt, pepper, olive oil and mix well.
