Pollock, stewed in kvas
Once prepared river, sharply smelling Tina fish, mostly pike, we catch yet weak... so I suggest you to cook Pollock.

Ingredients

  • Brew

    200 ml

  • Pollock

    2 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dill

    0.25 coup

  • Parsley

    0.25 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

A set of necessary products.

Pollock to clean, gut, remove the fins. Cut fish into serving pieces.

The fish lightly with salt and pepper. Peel the onion, cut into rings. Cucumber ( better pickled) cut into slices.

In skillet, heat vegetable oil, the fire abated. The pieces of fish to wet a paper towel and put in a pan.

Turn to medium heat and about a minute to fry fish on each side. Add to it the onions and cucumbers.

Pour kvass. Today I cook with brew double fermented TM Ochakovo. Very tasty brew, fragrant and strong.

Fish to not cover completely, bring to boil and reduce the heat. Bring sauce salt to taste, season with ground black pepper.

Washed and drained greens chopped.

Add the greens to the fish to the stew for another 2 - 3 minutes and turn off heat.

Slice the bread, prepare the side dish ( boiled rice, potatoes) and put the fish. Submit to it the horseradish and mustard.
