I present to you my recipe for potato pancakes with mushrooms, unusual but very tasty.

Cooking
Peel the potatoes and grate on a fine grater.
Mushrooms cut into strips, onion-small cubes.
All products mix, add the egg, flour,salt and pepper.
Fry fritters in hot oil until Golden brown.
Fried pancakes bring to readiness in the oven.
When filing for each pancake put the eggs and decorate as desired. All a pleasant appetite.
