Salmon with nectarine
A fish often cooked, especially in-season nectarines. It turns out tender, juicy and interesting dish for every day and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Nectarine

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

1. Salmon cut into strips with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. you Can just take steaks or fillet pieces.

2. Mix soy sauce, oil, lemon juice and pepper. Add the fish to the marinade and mix well. Each strip rolled into a roll.

3. Nectarine cut, remove the bone, flesh cut into small cubes.

4. Put the rolls on a baking sheet, put the slices of nectarine. Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for about 10 minutes. For a couple of minutes until cooked remove the pan, sprinkle a little bit every loaf sugar, just a pinch, and again put in the oven.
