Pancakes with ham, mushrooms and cheese
Small plates spring rolls. The recipe I came up with myself, when I was still 18 years old.

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

  • Milk

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    0.5 can

  • Cheese

  • Black pepper

  • Sour cream

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ham

    150 g

With a whisk, beat the egg with water (about 1 Cup), add sugar to taste and salt while continuing to mix, slowly add the flour until a fairly thick dough. Further, continuing to interfere with add fresh milk to desired consistency. The dough should be liquid. In the end, add a little vegetable oil and stir. You can, of course, for this dish to use any other recipe for pancakes, and this is my recipe, which I bake always.
