Romanian pie
Very easy to prepare homemade cake. Rich, crumbly dough, curd - pie taste kind of reminds loved by many sochnik with cheese, while the dough is softer and more tasty, try it. PS in a couple of hours after baking the cake is delicious, unless you will live.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

Cheese to wipe, add sugar 60 g semolina, 2 eggs, raisins, nuts, zest and vanilla 1. mix well.

In a saucepan pour the milk, add sugar 90 g vanilla 1 g and the butter, diced. Bring mixture to a boil and cook until sugar and butter melt. Cooling to a temperature of about 30"C. To the milk mixture add 1 egg, stir until smooth. Add baking powder and quickly stir ( it foams!). Pour milk-egg mixture to the flour and knead a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 2 almost equal parts. On a sheet of baking paper roll out the smaller piece into a rectangle 20 X 30 cm while rolling you can pour a little flour. Transfer the sheet with dough on the baking tray and cover it with an even layer of toppings. Take another sheet of baking paper and roll out second portion of dough into a rectangle 34 X 24 cm

To wind the second part of the test together with the paper on the rolling pin ( the dough outside, paper inside), to migrate and deploy over the filling, covering it. To remove the paper. Well fix the sides, the top of the cake to prick it in many places with a fork.

Bake in preheated to 180"With the oven for 30-35 minutes, until crust are brown. Be guided by your oven!

The cooled pie cut into portions and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
