Fried fish in a pot
Delicious juicy fish under a delicate sauce.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    700 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

    80 g

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Spices

Fish cut into small pieces

Roll in flour mixed with salt

and fry in vegetable oil.

Slice the onion half rings. I have a large bow, so I took 2 pieces and cut one quarter-rings.

Fry until Golden brown.

Fish and onions put into the pot in layers.

Pour the milk, add salt and spices to taste.

To cook at a temperature of 200 deg. for about 20 minutes.

To make sure that the milk did not run away. The oven pre-heat is not necessary.

The fish is delicate, just melts in your mouth and the sauce... mmmmmmm! BON APPETIT!
