Cooking

step-0
First of all, prepare the dough for pancakes. I suggest to prepare a "perforated" buttermilk pancakes. In a deep bowl, beat into a soft mousse one egg with salt. Will proseem flour and introduce kefir. Gently mix until smooth with no lumps.
step-1
In half a glass of boiling water add half a teaspoon of baking soda and quickly mix. Lead water to the batter, quickly stirring with a whisk. Make some pancakes in a pan with a thick bottom. For cooking use vegetable oil TM "generous gift".
step-2
Finely chop onion and bell pepper in small cubes.
step-3
Vegetable oil they fry first the onion for a couple minutes, then add the pepper.
step-4
Add the mince, fry it until light brown colour, breaking with the edge of the blade. Salt and add Tabasco (add to your liking). Cover, reduce heat, add 50 ml water and tormented for 20 minutes. 2-3 minutes before end of cooking add some chopped parsley.
step-5
For fresh filling, we will need a ripe avocado, but not overripe, so that it can be sliced, firm tomatoes, fresh parsley and red onion. On the basis of the tomato will make an incision cross and dip for 3 minutes in boiling water, then we get and remove the skin. Remove seeds and juice from the tomato and cut it into small cubes. The remaining greens finely chop, onion and avocado cut into small cubes. Mix salt and all of that cut.
step-6
Ready pancake spread hot meat.
step-7
Put a few tablespoons of fresh dressings, decorate with slices of chili, turn as desired and serve!
