My mother is very fond of Georgian cuisine. this is one of her favorite dishes...

Ingredients

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    2 cup

  • Pomegranate juice

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cilantro

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Bay leaf

Cooking

Soak the beans overnight. Boil for 1.5 - 2 hours.

For 20 - 30 minutes until cooked beans, add salt and Bay leaf allspice. Separately, finely chop the onion and fry it in vegetable oil until Golden brown. Add to the beans.

To prepare the products for the sauce.

Mix in a blend of nuts, garlic, herbs and pomegranate juice. Mix it to beans, stew for 10-15 min.
