Cooking
Chicken liver wash, dry, cut into pieces. Pour soy sauce and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Garlic and onion peel. Onion cut into cubes and sprinkle with sugar. Crush the garlic.
In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the liver until it changes colour.
To the liver add the onion and garlic. Fry on high heat stirring for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
Serve with your favourite side dish.
